We’ve been made aware of scammers spoofing The Police Credit Union’s phone number to contact members and request personal information. When this happens, it may falsely appear that a call is coming from our official number.
- If you receive an unexpected or suspicious call, do not provide any personal/account information, passwords, or security codes. Hang up immediately and contact us directly at 800.222.1391 to verify the request.
- If you believe you may have shared your information with a scammer, please contact us right away at 800.222.1391 for assistance.
