How do I make a payment?
You may make a payment on your vehicle loan in one of the following ways:
Automatic Payments: You can set up automatic payments when we process your loan, or contact us for assistance.
Online through Digital Banking: There are two ways to pay in Digital Banking:
- Pay & Transfer: You can make a one-time payment or a recurring transfer payment. Click here for more information on transfers.
- Bill Pay: Set up a one-time payment or set up a recurring payment. Click here for more information on Bill Pay.
Virtual Branch or in-person branch locations: Click here to find a branch near you, or set up an online appointment with our Virtual Branch.
Contact Center: Call us at 800.222.1391 to make a payment over the phone.
Mail: Please make sure to notate your account number on the check memo line, and mail check to:

How do I make a payment from an external account?
- Log in to Digital Banking and select Pay & Transfer > Loan Payment.
- Select Make Payment.
- Select Pay from bank account.
- Select Pay From External Account > Pay Loan, then enter amount.
- In the “Initiate Payment On” box, enter date.
- Check the box I agree to the Terms & Conditions, then select Continue.
- Review your loan payment details.
- Select Make Payment to confirm, or Edit/Cancel to make changes.

Skip-A-Pay
Want to skip a loan payment? The Police Credit Union offers Skip-A-Pay to help give your budget some breathing room when you need it.
Am I eligible for Skip-A-Pay?
- The program applies only to The Police Credit Union Vehicle, Personal, and Savings Secured Loans.
- The requested loan needs to have been open for at least six (6) months.
- All of your accounts with The Police Credit Union must be current and in good standing.
- The request must be submitted at least five (5) business days before the payment is due for processing.
- You are limited to one skipped payment per loan during each calendar year.
- Interest continues to accrue on your loan in the month of the skipped payment.
How do I send a Skip-A-Pay request?
- Log into Digital Banking and navigate to Pay & Transfer > Skip-A-Pay.
- Complete the request form and click Submit.
- There is a $25 fee per loan, per occurrence that will be deducted from your Savings or Checking account.
Please Note: For payments you generate (for example, payments you set up with a bill payment service or another payment service) you are responsible for stopping the payment for the month you enact Skip-A-Pay. Any automatic transfers generated by The Police Credit Union will be suspended for the Skip-A-Pay.
